As specified below in the Commercial Policy illustration of this e-commerce activity, the products offered for sale and the electronic commerce activity carried out through www.giolinaeangelo.com are exclusively intended for website end-users who are "Consumers," over 18 (eighteen) years of age, and domiciled in Italy, Member States of the European Union, or the United States of America.

In the event of disputes arising from these General Conditions of Sale and their performance, the competent forum for resolving them in civil proceedings shall be that of Milan (I), without prejudice to Articles 15-17 of Regulation (EC) No. 44/2000, where applicable, also by virtue of the Agreement between Denmark and the European Community of 19 October 2005 (OJ L 299/61 of 16 November 2005).
By confirming the online transmission of the order form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale. In addition, if you have chosen to pay directly through PayPal, you authorize us to charge you the total amount indicated on the order (inclusive of any customization fees, all inclusive of 22% VAT, unless the recipient of the delivery is domiciled in the United States of America), as well as the shipping contribution (also inclusive of 22% VAT, unless the recipient of the delivery is domiciled in the United States of America), the amount of which will be displayed once the recipient's delivery address and delivery methods have been indicated according to the parameters defined in Section 6 of the Conditions. If you have instead chosen to pay by bank transfer, you undertake to pay these amounts prior to the delivery of the product. Under no circumstances may you demand that Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. proceed with the delivery or with the necessary processing for any customization of the products before the full payment of these amounts according to the methods indicated in Section 5 of the Conditions.
Finally, the provisions of these General Conditions or any changes to them will not affect your non-negotiable rights.
COMMERCIAL POLICY 1.1 The products offered for sale and the e-commerce activities carried out through and on the www.giolinaeangelo.com website are intended exclusively for website end-users who are "Consumers," over 18 (eighteen) years old, residing in Italy, in European Union Member States, or in the United States of America.
1.2 The term "Consumer" shall mean any natural person who acts on www.giolinaeangelo.com for purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any. However, in consideration of its Commercial Policy, Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept orders from parties other than "Consumers," over 18 (eighteen) years of age, domiciled in Italy, in EU Member States, or in the United States of America, or otherwise not compliant with its Commercial Policy, if identified.
1.3 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.giolinaeangelo.com between the users of www.giolinaeangelo.com and Giolina and Angelo S.R.L.
1.4 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. that are present on www.giolinaeangelo.com through links, banners, or other hypertext links. Before submitting orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than Giolina and Angelo S.R.L., you are advised to verify their terms of sale, as Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. is not and cannot be held responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the company itself or for the conclusion of e-commerce transactions between the users of www.giolinaeangelo.com and third parties.
CONTRACT FORMATION 2.1 To form and conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products on www.giolinaeangelo.com, you must fill in the electronic order form and transmit it to Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. by telematic means, accepting the proposal presented on the website, following the instructions provided in point 2.3.
2.2 The languages available to conclude the contract with Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. are Italian and English. In the event of discrepancies or differences in interpretation between the various versions of these Terms, the Italian language version shall prevail.
2.3 The completion and transmission of online order forms will be carried out using the following methods:
a) When deciding to make a purchase, you will need to click on "Add to cart" to add the selected product to your cart. You will then need to click on "Proceed to checkout" to enter the Restricted Area of the website and complete the filling and transmission of the order form.
b) If this is your first purchase through the website www.giolinaeangelo.com, you will need to create an account to access the Restricted Area of the site, using your personal data, your email address and a password. You are required to keep the password confidential and not disclose it by sharing it with third parties. In the case of registered users, access to the Restricted Area is obtained by entering the registration data in your possession.
c) Once you have entered the Restricted Area, you will then be asked to indicate the address and name of the recipient of the delivery, if different from the registered user, and the delivery method itself; if the recipient of the delivery is domiciled in the United States of America, the prices displayed on the website, including VAT at 22%, will therefore be recalculated, excluding and not applying the tax in question; consequently, shipping costs will be calculated according to the parameters defined in Section 6 of the Terms and added to the total amount. Finally, you will need to choose the payment method and confirm your data.
d) The electronic order form will thus be completed and your confirmation will be required that you intend to proceed with the transmission of the same electronically to Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. and that you have read the following information contained in the order form itself: i. Information on the Right of Withdrawal; ii. The summary of the Sales Conditions applicable to the contract (including the geographical address of Giolina and Angelo S.R.L.'s headquarters where you can file complaints under Section 9 of the Conditions and information on existing guarantees and assistance services under Sections 3 and 10); iii. The description of the main characteristics of the products; iv. Detailed information on the price (including any customization costs) and shipping costs (both including VAT at 22%, unless the recipient of the delivery is domiciled in the United States of America); and v. Payment, delivery, and withdrawal methods.
Before confirming, you are therefore invited to carefully read these instructions and print a copy for your personal use.
e) Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. accepts orders within the limits of the quantities available in stock, reserving the right not to proceed with the sale if stocks are exhausted; therefore, the possibility of proceeding with the transmission of the order form will remain subject to the actual availability of the products in stock. If the selected product is not available at the time of transmission confirmation, a disclaimer will indicate its unavailability, preventing the transmission until the order form is modified with available products in stock. In any case, Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. declines any responsibility for errors or omissions in updating the site regarding the availability of products for orders for which a contract has not yet been concluded. f) In order for the transmission to be completed, you will also be asked to verify and confirm the correctness of the order (which will summarize the unit cost of each product (including any customization fees, all inclusive of VAT at 22% (twenty-two percent), unless the delivery recipient is domiciled in the United States of America), and - in the case of multiple purchases - the total cost (also including VAT at 22% (twenty-two percent), again unless the delivery recipient is domiciled in the United States of America), in addition to the contribution for shipping costs (always including VAT at 22% (twenty-two percent), unless the delivery recipient is domiciled in the United States of America). You will also be asked to verify and - once again - confirm the accuracy of the personal data for the buyer's payment and billing, as well as the residence address of the buyer, and - if different - the name and address of the delivery recipient. g) In case of any errors, it will be possible to modify the order form and correct the identified errors before submitting it to Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. It will be your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order before completing the transmission. Upon confirmation of the accuracy of the verified data, the transmission will be completed. h) If you identify any errors after the transmission has been completed, please contact the relevant staff at Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. promptly at the following phone number: (+39) 02.653770 or email address: info@giolinaeangelo.com. i) In any case, with the telematic transmission of the order form, you will definitively confirm that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale online. Furthermore, if you have chosen the PayPal direct payment method, you will authorize the total amount indicated on the order form (including any customization fees, all inclusive of VAT at 22% (twenty-two percent), unless the delivery recipient is domiciled in the United States of America), in addition to the contribution for shipping costs (also including VAT at 22% (twenty-two percent), always unless the delivery recipient is domiciled in the United States of America) to be charged to you as soon as the contract is concluded. If you have instead chosen to pay by bank transfer, you will undertake to pay these sums prior to the delivery of the product, always after the contract has been concluded. Under no circumstances may you claim that Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. proceeds with the delivery or the necessary processing for the possible customization of the products before the full payment of these amounts according to the methods indicated in Section 5 of the Conditions.
j) Upon completing the transmission, Giolina e Angelo S.R.L. will automatically send a confirmation email to the registered address regarding the receipt of the order form. This email will contain the following information: i. Order Identification Code; ii. Information regarding the Right of Withdrawal; iii. Summary of the Sales Conditions applicable to the contract (including the geographic address of Giolina e Angelo S.R.L.'s headquarters, where you may file complaints according to Section 9 of the Conditions, and information regarding the existing guarantees and assistance services, as per Sections 3 and 10); iv. Description of the main characteristics of the products; v. Detailed information on pricing (including any customization fees) and shipping costs (both including VAT at 22% (twenty-two percent), unless the recipient of the delivery is domiciled in the United States of America); and vi. Payment, delivery, and withdrawal methods. By sending this email, Giolina e Angelo S.R.L. will consider that you have accepted the proposed conditions, expressed by sending the order form, thus concluding the contract with Giolina e Angelo S.R.L.. k) From this moment on, if you have chosen to pay through PayPal, the authorized payment of the order and the corresponding contribution for shipping fees (both including VAT at 22% (twenty-two percent), unless the recipient of the delivery is domiciled in the United States of America) may be charged to you. If you have chosen to pay through bank transfer, you commit to paying these amounts before the delivery of the product, after concluding the contract. In no case may you demand that Giolina e Angelo S.R.L. complete the delivery before receiving the full payment for said amounts. l) Nonetheless, Giolina e Angelo S.R.L. allows you to revoke orders made through www.giolinaeangelo.com within 1 (one) hour from the conclusion of the contract, by notifying the responsible personnel at the following email address: info@giolinaeangelo.com, taking care to indicate the Order Identification Code referred to in the confirmation email regarding the receipt of the order form. After this period, we invite you to contact the same personnel to verify if the order has already been fulfilled or if revocation or replacement is still possible. If the order has already been fulfilled, you must follow the return procedure outlined in Section 7 of the Conditions, with the exception of personalized products, which are not subject to this procedure under Art. 55, para. 2, letter c) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005. m) According to Art. 54, para. 2 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, in case of problems with order fulfillment, a responsible representative of Giolina e Angelo S.R.L. will formally communicate with you according to the methods specified in Art. 53, para. 1 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, and contact you promptly as a result of the occurrence (in any case, within 30 (thirty) days from the day following the transmission of the order form), in order to allow you to decide whether to proceed with the refund under Section 8 of the Conditions, or - if you choose to replace the order with other products from Giolina e Angelo S.R.L. - to obtain authorization for the novation of the contract, establishing any price integrations or partial refunds in case of non-equivalent value.
2.4 The received order form will be stored in the database of Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. for the period of time necessary to process the corresponding order and in compliance with legal requirements. You may access your order form by consulting the "View Order" section of the Reserved Area of the website.
2.5 As specified in point 2.3, by electronically submitting the order form, you unconditionally accept and commit to observe these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your relationship with Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. You are invited to carefully read these terms and conditions and to print a copy for your personal use. If you do not agree with some of the terms set out in these conditions, please do not submit the order form to purchase products on www.giolinaeangelo.com.
2.6 By submitting the order form, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the additional information contained on www.giolinaeangelo.com, including the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Right of Withdrawal Information, also referred to via links. As for the conditions, you are invited to carefully read these documents and to print a copy for your personal use. If you do not agree with some of the terms set out therein, please do not submit the order form to purchase products on www.giolinaeangelo.com.
WARRANTIES 3.1 Only original products designed for and whose economic exploitation rights are owned (even non-exclusively) by Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. are offered for sale on www.giolinaeangelo.com.
3.2 Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products than the standards offered on the market through their alternative sales channels on www.giolinaeangelo.com.
3.3 The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.giolinaeangelo.com may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used. In addition, some items on the site may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size because the images have been resized to fit the screen or due to the photographic techniques used. In the case of resized images, the products or parts of them may be depicted as larger than their actual size in order to clearly show the details, or smaller to show the entire item. Finally, the photos of the items are purely indicative, being mostly handmade unique pieces made without the use of industrial equipment.
3.4 The seller's warranty applies to the purchased products, as provided by applicable law. This warranty will apply to products that have conformity defects not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e., in accordance with its intended use. Taking into account the above points 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3, you are therefore required to examine the products upon receipt to check for any non-compliance and possible defects or damage.
3.5 Except for the warranties provided for in point 3.4 and other implied warranties provided by law, Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. does not offer any further warranties on its products.
PRICE 4.1 The selling price of the products displayed on www.giolinaeangelo.com (including any customization costs) includes a 22% VAT (twenty-two percent).
4.2 If you are domiciled in the United States of America or wish to request the shipment of the products offered for sale on www.giolinaeangelo.com to the United States of America, please note that the applicable VAT regime provides for the non-taxability of consideration due by you, pursuant to art. 8 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972. Therefore, you are invited to take into account what is stated in point 4.1 above, and that the prices will be recalculated – excluding and not applying the tax in question – at the time of check-out, based on the recipient's delivery address indicated in the online order form in the Reserved Area.
4.3 Unless the recipient of the delivery is domiciled in the United States of America, the amount of the shipping fee displayed once the recipient's address and delivery method have been indicated, according to the parameters defined in Section 6 of the Terms, will also include a 22% VAT (twenty-two percent).
4.4 In any case, if you request the delivery of Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. products outside the European Union, any costs related to import taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by you.
4.5 The prices of the displayed products are updated every 10 (ten) working days and may therefore be subject to unilateral variations by Giolina and Angelo S.R.L., which reserves the right to apply such changes even in the period between one update and the next in case of fluctuations in the price of gold exceeding 3% (three percent). Therefore, you are invited in any case to verify the final selling price, which will be indicated during the check-out of the e-shop cart, before transmitting the corresponding order form electronically. In any case, Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. disclaims any responsibility for errors or omissions in updating the website regarding product prices for orders for which a contract has not yet been concluded.
PAYMENTS 5.1 As a payment method for the price of the products and the contribution for their shipping costs, you can choose between PayPal and credit card through the NEXI circuit:
a) By choosing to pay with PayPal, upon confirmation of the correctness of the order, you will be directed to the appropriate payment page. The relevant amount will be debited from your PayPal account at the time of confirmation of receipt of the order form by Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. In case of your revocation of the order within 1 (one) hour from the conclusion of the contract, of obstacles to the fulfillment of the order by Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. pursuant to and within the limits of point 2.3, letter m), or of your exercise of the right of withdrawal or the right of warranty, the amount due to you for reimbursement will be credited back to your PayPal account.
b) By choosing to pay with NEXI, upon confirmation of the correctness of the order, you will be directed to the appropriate payment page. The relevant amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of confirmation of receipt of the order form by Giolina and Angelo S.R.L.; in case of revocation of the order within 1 (one) hour from the conclusion of the contract, any obstacles to the fulfillment of the order by Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. pursuant to and within the limits of point 2.3, letter m), or exercise of your right of withdrawal or guarantee, any amount owed to you for reimbursement will be credited back to your card according to the timing of the respective circuits (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD).
5.2 At no time during the various payment procedures referred to in points 5.1(a) and (b) above will Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. be able to know your relevant financial information: as there is no transmission of data, there will be no possibility of this data being intercepted. No computer archive of Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. can therefore contain or retain such information.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS 6.1 In the following sections, you can find instructions regarding the specific shipping and delivery methods of the purchased products. Please pay attention to what is contained herein, as it is an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale, and thus will be considered fully known and accepted by you upon the telematic transmission of the order form.
6.2 Orders placed directly through the website www.giolinaeangelo.com can only be shipped to Italy, European Union Member States, the United States of America, and Japan. Products will be shipped via the following express couriers: DHL Express Italy SRL, Peschiera Borromeo (MI), via Lombardia 2A, 20068, PIVA 04209680158. The merchandise will be delivered to the courier within 2 (two) business days from the purchase (except for products that require specific customization related to size or production in general), and delivery will occur:
within an additional 3 (three) business days for Italy, 6 (six) business days for other European Union Member States, and 7 (seven) business days for the United States of America and Japan; for Italy, the shipping cost will be €10.00 (ten/00 euros) (including VAT at 22% (twenty-two percent)); for the rest of the European Union, it will be €27.00 (twenty-seven/00 euros); for the United States of America, it will be €40.00 (forty/00 euros), and for Japan, the shipping cost will be €50.00 (fifty/00 euros) (including VAT at 22% (twenty-two percent) for EU Member States only, while for the United States of America and Japan, this amount will be considered exclusive of VAT).
6.3 The delivery times listed in point 6.2 above are indicative and are in no way binding for Giolina and Angelo S.R.L.; they may vary depending on the order placed (e.g., for the immediate availability of the product already assembled according to the specifications or for the request for particular customizations), the closure of the store on certain days (including working days), or other reasons dependent on the courier responsible for the shipment. While Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. tries to respect the terms indicated in point 6.2 above, it is not able to indicate an exact delivery date, guaranteeing it.
6.4 In any case, if the delivery is not completed:
a) within 30 (thirty) working days from the conclusion of the contract, if payment is made through PayPal; or b) within 30 (thirty) working days from the conclusion of the contract, if payment is made through NEXI; you may cancel the order, according to the methods specified in Section 7 of the Conditions, and Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. will refund any amount already paid, in accordance with Section 8, unless it concerns customized products, as further specified in point 7.9.
6.5 Upon delivery, you will be required to verify that the package is intact and corresponds to what is described in the accompanying document. In case there is no correspondence between the order and the delivery, you may exercise the right of withdrawal under Section 7 of the Conditions.
6.6 If you are not domiciled in Italy, in the Member States of the European Union or the United States of America, or if you wish to request the shipment of products outside the European Union and the United States of America, you are invited to directly contact the responsible employees of Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. at the following telephone number: (+39) 02.653770 or email address: info@giolinaeangelo.com, in order to define the terms and conditions of sale, shipping costs, and applicable VAT and invoicing regime based on the specific case.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 7.1 If you are a "Consumer," as defined in point 1.2 of the Terms and Conditions, you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to withdraw from the contract concluded with Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. (except for personalized products, pursuant to point 7.9 of this section), without penalty and without specifying the reason, and to access the refund procedures set forth in the following Section 8.
7.2 The right referred to in the preceding point 7.1 must be exercised:
a) for "Consumers" domiciled or for deliveries otherwise requested in Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the United States of America and Hungary: within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products purchased on www.giolinaeangelo.com; b) for "Consumers" domiciled or for deliveries otherwise requested in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Sweden: within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the products purchased on www.giolinaeangelo.com, if said term is longer than that referred to in point a) above, otherwise within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products purchased on www.giolinaeangelo.com; c) for "Consumers" domiciled or for deliveries otherwise requested in Cyprus and Malta and in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Slovenia: within 15 (fifteen) working days from receipt of the products purchased on www.giolinaeangelo.com.
7.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must correctly fill out the Return Form in electronic format and transmit it to Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. electronically within the terms set forth in point 7.2 above; alternatively, you can communicate your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract via email to the address: info@giolinaeangelo.com, in any case within and not later than the terms set forth in point 7.2 above, taking care to indicate the Identifying Code of the order as reported in the confirmation email of the transmission of the order itself. If you exercise your right by email within the terms set forth in point 7.2 above, you must also strictly send confirmation of the withdrawal, within 48 (forty-eight) hours thereafter, by registered letter with return receipt sent to the geographical address indicated in the following point 9.1, indicating the Identifying Code of the order in question.
7.4 In case you are domiciled or request delivery in Denmark, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Sweden, or Hungary, in compliance with the most favorable national regulations protecting the "Consumer" of these Member States of the European Union, the withdrawal may be made by notifying within the terms provided in point 7.2 above and by delivering the goods to the courier of your choice within the same terms, pursuant to point 7.6 below, all without any particular formalities (such as, by way of example, those provided for in point 7.3 above and in the subsequent point 7.8, lett. c) and d)).
7.5 If, on the other hand, you are domiciled or request delivery in Spain, in compliance with the most favorable national regulations protecting the "Consumer" of that Member State of the European Union, the withdrawal may be made not only under similar conditions of freedom of form to those provided in point 7.4 above, but also on the basis of conclusive facts, simply by providing - within the terms provided in point 7.2 above, pursuant to point 7.6 below - delivery of the goods to the courier of your choice, provided that the conditions set out in point 7.8, lett. a) and b) are met.
7.6 Withdrawal will imply the return of the products concerned to Giolina and Angelo S.R.L., by delivering them to the courier of your choice within the same period as provided in point 7.2 above.
7.7 The only expenses charged to you will be those for shipping the purchased products back. You will also be responsible for any loss or damage to the products themselves while in your possession and during transportation for return: you are therefore invited to ensure that you take reasonable custody measures.
7.8 In addition to complying with what is illustrated in the previous points 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 and 7.7 with regard to the terms and conditions of exercise, the Right of Withdrawal will be deemed exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:
a) the returned products must not have been used, worn, or damaged; b) the products themselves must be returned in their original packaging, complete with everything included in it at the time of delivery; c) the delivery, as per point 7.6, of such products to the courier you have chosen for return must be made within an envelope or package that clearly indicates on the outside the precise name and address of the sender, as well as the Order Identification Code; d) products attributable to the same order must finally be returned to Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. in a single shipment. Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept items of the same order returned at different times. 7.9 In any case, pursuant to art. 55, co. 2, lett. c) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, returns will not be accepted on personalized products or those ordered with measurements outside the standard ones indicated on the website.
7.10 If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this Section 7, Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. will reimburse you for any amounts already collected for the purchase of the products according to the methods and terms provided in point 7.11 below.
7.11 The amount owed to you will be refunded as soon as possible. In any case, within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which Giolina e Angelo S.R.L. became aware of your exercise of the Right of Withdrawal (unless there is evidence to the contrary of the actual moment, to be understood as the working day following the telematic transmission of the Return Form or - depending on the case - of the withdrawal communication sent by email), refund procedures will be activated in accordance with what is provided in the subsequent Section 8 of the Conditions, once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified.
7.12 If you do not comply with the methods and terms for exercising the Right of Withdrawal as specified in Section 7, as indicated in point 7.11 above, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to Giolina e Angelo S.R.L.; however, if the products have already been returned, you can obtain them again in the condition in which they were returned to Giolina e Angelo S.R.L., bearing only the delivery costs. Otherwise, Giolina e Angelo S.R.L. may also retain the returned products, in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase, until you bear the expenses to obtain the shipment of the same products or you appoint a courier for the shipment in question.
REFUND 8.1 Upon receipt of the returned products, Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. will carry out the necessary checks to verify compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in the preceding Section 7. If the verifications are positively concluded, you will receive an email confirmation of the acceptance of the return, sent to the registration address. Otherwise, you will receive a rejection email, also sent to the registration address, with the reasons for the refusal.
8.2 Pursuant to Section 7.11, regardless of the payment method used, Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. will activate the refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. became aware of your exercise of the Right of Withdrawal (unless proven otherwise by the actual moment, which is to be understood as the working day following the telematic transmission of the Return Form or - depending on the case - the sending of the withdrawal communication by email).
8.3 The actual time for the reaccreditation or refund of the amounts paid by you for the returned products will also depend on the payment methods used:
a) in case of payment through PayPal: the refund time will depend on the service management company; however, Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. will authorize the reaccreditation to your PayPal account within the working day following the email communication of acceptance of the return; b) in case of payment through NEXI: the refund time will depend on the credit card management company (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD); however, Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. will authorize the reaccreditation to your card within the working day following the email communication of acceptance of the return.
8.4 The date of the refund will always be the same as the debit date; therefore, you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
8.5 If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment for the purchase, the refund of the amounts, in case of exercise of the Right of Withdrawal, will still be carried out by Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. only to the person who made the payment.
COMPLAINTS 9.1 The geographical address of the registered office of Giolina and Angelo S.R.L., where you may file complaints pursuant to Article 53, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, is Via Solferino 22/A, 20121 Milan (Italy).
9.2 Pursuant to Article 53, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, confirmation in writing of the address referred to in point 9.1 above will be provided to you in the order form and in the email confirming the receipt of the same order form sent to you by Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. through electronic transmission.

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION 11.1 If you wish to request customizations for the products you are about to purchase, before proceeding with the transmission of the order form and in order to verify the feasibility of the engraving or other customization requested, you must follow the following procedure:
a) First, you must contact the relevant staff at Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. at the following telephone number: (+39) 02.653770 or email address: info@giolinaeangelo.com, indicating the registration account from which you are about to place the order, the name of the account holder and their residential address (in order to allow a first verification of the requester's identity), as well as the products you intend to customize from those possibly included in a multiple order. b) In the case of multiple products of the same model in temporally close orders, you are also required to specify the recipients of the individual deliveries, if different, in order to avoid possible shipment exchanges, for which Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. declines any responsibility in case of lack of clarification on your part. c) Once the customization that can be made to the indicated model has been defined, the relevant staff at Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. will summarize the technical specifications of the requested modification, as well as the eventual cost of it (including VAT at 22% (twenty-two percent), unless the recipient of the delivery is domiciled in the United States of America or otherwise Extra EU, and will forward it to you by email, sending it to the registration address (in order to allow a second and final verification of the requester's identity). d) You are required to carefully check the content of this communication and - if it corresponds to the solution agreed upon by you - to reply with an email message from the same address with the content "CONFIRM". e) If the summarized specifications do not correspond to those agreed upon by you, you must not proceed with the transmission, but contact the relevant staff at Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. again, using the above contacts, in order to resolve any errors or misunderstandings. f) If a feasible customization is agreed upon with the staff: unless otherwise specified by you when contacting our staff, the customization will be made in italic font, following the style shown in the images published on the website www.giolinaeangelo.com or on the brand's Instagram page; this customization will be completely free of charge; the proportions and positioning of the customizations will depend on the shape of the surface to be engraved and its dimensions; by proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will accept these General Conditions of Sale and entrust yourself to the consolidated artisanal experience of the technicians at Giolina and Angelo S.R.L.;
III. For further customizations, before proceeding with the finalization of the order form transmission, we invite you to indicate the desired font, style, symbols, positioning, and dimensions by contacting our representatives at the above contacts in order to verify their feasibility and define the applicable terms and conditions of sale based on the specific case. These modifications will incur a cost, which will be communicated to you by the contacted representatives.
In both cases of chargeable customizations mentioned in the previous sub-paragraphs IV and V, if the desired style, positioning, or dimensions are not expressly indicated, by proceeding with the finalization of the order form transmission, you accept these General Sales Conditions and that the italic font be used, relying on the craftsmanship experience of the technicians of Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. regarding proportions and positioning.
Given the above points, you may proceed with the finalization of the order form transmission.
11.2 The prices of the displayed products are updated every 7 (seven) business days and may therefore be subject to unilateral changes by Giolina and Angelo S.R.L., which reserves the right to apply such changes even during the period between one update and the next in the event of fluctuations in the price of gold greater than 3% (three percent). You are therefore invited to verify the final sale price, which will be indicated during the checkout of the e-shop cart, before electronically transmitting the related order form. In any case, Giolina and Angelo S.R.L. disclaims any responsibility for errors or omissions in updating the website regarding product prices for orders for which a contract has not yet been concluded.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 For the purposes of Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 and without prejudice to paragraph 1 of the same article and the second part of paragraph 2, where applicable, as well as for the purposes and within the limits of Article 5(2) of the Rome Convention of 19 June 1980 (Conv. 80/934/EEC) where it applies, purchases are governed by the current Italian legislation and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree no. 185/99 (implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts), as well as Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce and the Vienna Convention of 11 April 1980 (ratified by Law no. 765/1985) on the international sale of goods. The protection of personal data is guaranteed in accordance with the legislation set out in Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code, as well as Directive 95/46/EC and Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on cookies.
13.2 If you are not domiciled in Italy or request delivery outside Italy, please note that there may be specific laws in the country where you are domiciled or where you request delivery concerning what can be sold, exported, purchased or imported in that country, or that govern the registration of certain goods or the need to obtain certain licenses and authorizations from the competent authorities. 13.3 In the event of disputes arising from the General Sales Conditions and their execution, the competent court to settle them in civil proceedings shall be that of Milan (Italy), without prejudice to what is provided for in Articles 15-17 of Regulation (EC) No 44/2000, where applicable, also in accordance with the Agreement between Denmark and the European Community of 19 October 2005 (OJEU L 299/61 of 16 November 2005).
13.4 In any case, the provisions of these General Sales Conditions will not affect your non-derogable rights.
